The Fleur Palace Tea ships via UPS, FedEx, Canada Post to Canadian and US addresses only. Please note that most providers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
- New orders are usually processed within one business day.
- Orders received by 11:00 am EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 11:00 am EST will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.

The delivery rates we provide are calculated automatically depending on the region. You will see the shipping rate to be auto-calculated on the checkout page based on the entered shipping address.

Please note that you need to enter a postal code to see the shipping rates. Wihout an entered postal code, the shipping will be calculated as a default $25.

For local customers in Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington and Hamilton areas, we offer a supplementary free delivery. Please enter your delivery postal code on the shopping cart page to check if you are available. Alternately, you can also come to us for a local pickup from Oakville once the order is prepared.

For local customers in Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and Mississauga, we provide a free local pickup option. You can select this option during checkout and we will send you the pickup address and best timing after processing your order.

We offer Free Shipping for orders above $150. Add items to the shopping cart to see if you are eligible. The shopping cart will display a Free Delivery confirmation if promotion applies to you. We also support a local pickup from Oakville for urgent orders.

REFUNDS
If ordered items are no longer in stock after the order is submitted, we will contact you to offer exchange or a full refund. Please note PayPal may change a refund fee when processing the payment. This is completed automatically due to PayPal policies and is outside of parameters we can control when processing a refund.
