Delivery

The Fleur Palace Tea ships via Canada Post to Canadian and US addresses only. Please note Canada Post does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

  • New orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders received by 8:00 am EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 8:00 am EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.
  • Rates

    We provide a unified shipping rate depending on the region. You will see the rate to be auto-calculated for your order based on the shipping address:

Please note that you need to enter a postal code to see the shipping rates. Wihout an entered postal code, the shipping will be calculated as a default $25.

    Urgent tea orders (especially gift sets) could be accomodated for the same day delivery in Halton and Mississauga areas.

  • FREE LOCAL PICKUP

    For local customers in Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and Mississauga, we provide a free local pickup option.  You can select this option during checkout and we will send you the pickup address and best timing after processing your order.

  • FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

    For local customers in Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington, we can also offer a supplementary delivery. We also provide a free delivery for local customers in Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington and Hamilton areas. Please enter your postal code to get the free pickup or local delivery option at the checkout.

  • Free Shipping

    We offer Free Shipping for orders above $150. Add items to the shopping cart to see if you are eligible. The shopping cart will display a Free Delivery confirmation if promotion applies to you. We also support a local pickup from Oakville for urgent orders.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We do not accept exchanges and returnes.
    However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

  • REFUNDS

    If ordered items are no longer in stock after the order is submitted, we will contact you to offer exchange or a full refund. Please note PayPal may change a refund fee when processing the payment. This is completed automatically due to PayPal policies and is outside of parameters we can control when processing a refund.
