Brewing & Storage
The correct way to brew loose leaf tea involves using fresh, filtered water and steeping at the ideal temperature.
Use 1 tsp per cup. Green tea: 75–85°C for 1–3 minutes. Black tea: 95–100°C for 3–5 minutes.
See the full brewing instructions here: Tea Brewing
Different teas need different temperatures: green tea (75–85°C), black tea (95–100°C), and herbal blends (95°C).
Yes! High-quality leaves can be steeped 2–3 times.
Store tea in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid light, heat, and moisture to preserve flavor and aroma.
Black & Green Tea
Black tea is fully oxidized, offering bold flavor and more caffeine. Green tea is lightly processed, with a fresher taste and more antioxidants.
Black tea contains about 40–60 mg per cup; green tea contains about 20–45 mg. However, please note that the final caffeine amounts depend on the processing (oxidation) process.
Oxidation affects tea flavor and color: black tea is fully oxidized (bold, dark), while green tea is minimally oxidized (light, fresh).
Supports metabolism, brain function, heart health, and immunity thanks to high levels of EGCG.
Promotes energy, digestion, and circulation. A great coffee alternative.
Yes for black tea. Green tea is best enjoyed plain or with a touch of honey.
Green tea is more widely studied for metabolism support, but both can be part of a healthy routine.
Herbal teas like peppermint, chamomile, and ginger are known to support digestion and ease discomfort.
