Robust cold and flu-fighting herbs. Frozen north tried and true.
Appearance (Dry Product): Fine-cut dried fruits, roots, and herbs.
Color (Dry Product): Predominantly golden yellow and green.
Dry Leaf Aroma: Lemon and ginger with fruity notes.
Infusion / Cup Color: Sunset orange and red.
HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 teabag for each 7-9oz / 200-260ml of fluid volume in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).

Brewing Recommendations
- BLACK TEA
Teaspoons: 1-2
Brew Time: 3-5 mins
Temperature: 190-210 °F
When warming water in a pot, it will have small bubbles (between 4 mm and 8 mm) and a moderate to a large amount of steam when it is between 190 °F and 200 °F.
- GREEN TEA
Teaspoons: 1-2
Brew Time: 1-3 mins
Temperature: 170-180 °F
Most green teas are best when brewed well below boiling temp (212 F), at somewhere between 150 F and 180 F.
